You can manage your Apple ID login status in your device's system settings at any time, or manage the third-party account ID login status within the corresponding third-party app's settings.
After logging in, you can improve your personal profile (account information such as avatar, nickname) within the app, or choose to supplement information such as gender, date of birth, height, current weight based on your actual usage needs, so that we can provide more accurate health plans and suggestions.
If you do not provide the above information, it will not affect your normal use of the services. For the personal information involved in such account information, we will protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Binding of Smart Wearable Devices
For your convenience, some products may support binding smart wearable devices to the app. You can refer to this section based on your actual usage needs. If the product supports the device binding function, to complete the binding and achieve data synchronization, we may collect your Apple ID information (if necessary), the identification information of the smart wearable device, the identification information of the mobile phone device, the device hardware serial number, MAC address, mobile phone model, system version number, and Bluetooth information of the smart wearable device.
3. Recording, Displaying, and Using Health Data
With your explicit consent, we will access health and fitness data through the Apple HealthKit API, which may include:
Steps, standing activity and duration, exercise mode, sleep (including sleep duration and quality), step frequency, exercise distance, exercise time, water consumption, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), time in daylight, number of times turned over, blood oxygen saturation, heartbeat information.
Your health data is accessed only with your explicit consent and is processed and stored locally on your device. We do not use your health data for advertising, marketing, or behavioral analysis. Your health data will not be sold to third parties.
In addition, we may collect your nickname, avatar, age, gender, weight, height (if any), where age, gender, and weight data come from the Apple Health data you authorize. This information will be used to calculate and display heart rate, stress indicators, blood oxygen, HRV curves, sleep time, etc., on the smart wearable device and within the app interface, allowing you to better understand your physical state. This information may be displayed on the smart wearable device and app pages, and you can view it at any time. If you do not provide your relevant personal information, including your maximum heart rate, gender, age, and weight, we will use default values to calculate and display heart rate activity zones, step count, calories burned during exercise, and sleep time.
4. Feedback
During your use of the service, if you have questions about the application's usage methods or some functions, it is recommended to first check the [FAQ] within the app for relevant information.
If you still have other questions, you can find the [Feedback] function in the product and fill in specific issues on the feedback interface. You can choose to actively fill in your contact information (such as email address), which will be used to better understand the problems you encounter and to contact you if necessary.

5. Payment and Subscription
After logging in with your Apple ID within the app, you can purchase the services and related virtual products we provide, or choose to become a member or subscribe to a paid membership. Payment transactions made through your Apple ID occur between you and Apple Inc. To cancel a subscription or apply for a refund, you must comply with the subscription and refund service rules provided by Apple Inc. For details, please refer to Apple's subscription and refund policies. The above payment services are provided directly by Apple Inc., and we do not obtain information such as your payment account number or password related to your payment. After you successfully complete the payment, we will only receive the result verification information confirming your completed payment from the Apple payment service provider to provide you with the corresponding virtual products.

6. Ensuring Service Security and Operation
To provide you with a safe and reliable product, ensure the security of the operating environment, and provide continuous and stable network operation support, during your use of this application, we will collect your hardware serial number, device manufacturer name, device model, storage space size, device operating system type, operating system version number, screen resolution, device identifiers (IDFV, IDFA; different identifiers vary in validity period, whether they can be reset by the user, and the method of acquisition), carrier unified anonymous identifier, IP address, MAC address, device sensor data (such as acceleration sensor, linear acceleration sensor, gravity sensor, gyroscope sensor), etc.
The above information will be used for the following purposes: to achieve real-time data synchronization and data analysis, integrate and anonymize with other information for auditing and analysis to ensure the security and stability of the network service; better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, and other security risks; more accurately identify violations of laws, regulations, or relevant agreement rules of our network services, ensure the security of your account login; simultaneously, this information will also be used to continuously improve products and/or services (including collecting information on application crashes, freezes, and other faults to fix related issues) and optimize product performance.
7. Description of Device Permissions Calls
To enhance the user experience and convenience of the products and/or services, we may collect your following personal information by calling device permissions. If you do not agree to provide this personal information, you may not be able to use functions related to improving the user experience, but not providing this information will not affect your use of our products. 7.1 Camera and Microphone Permissions
To provide you with the function of shooting videos/photos, we need to obtain your camera permission. When you use a function that requires video shooting, to obtain your voice data (to achieve audio and video synchronization), we need to access your device's microphone permission. The above permissions require your explicit authorization. If you refuse to authorize, it will only cause the corresponding shooting and recording functions to be unavailable and will not affect your normal use of other product functions.

7.3 Health Permission
If the product you use is a health and fitness product, we may request health permissions to access the device's accelerometer and obtain sensor data including heart rate data, physical activity, step count statistics, floors climbed, etc., to better realize the product's functions.
7.4 Network Permission
If you want to use network-related functions, you need to enable the network permission.
7.5 IDFA Permission
To enrich your user experience, with your authorization and consent, we will collect your IDFA information. You can modify the authorization status of this permission at any time in the system settings.
7.6 Notification Permission
If you want to use the message notification function through this application, you need to enable the notification permission.
7.7 Do Not Disturb Permission
If you want to use the Do Not Disturb status function through this application, you need to enable the do not disturb permission.
7.8 Clipboard Permission
If you want to quickly fill in content on the feedback interface or in other scenarios within the application, we will obtain your clipboard data to facilitate direct copying and pasting of content. Please note that reading the clipboard is only to assist you conveniently in copying and pasting; we will not upload or save any information from your clipboard.
You can choose to close the corresponding access permission at any time in your phone settings to cancel the corresponding authorization. On different devices, the display method and closing method of permissions may vary. Please refer to the instructions or guidelines of the device and system developer for details. After you close the relevant permissions, you may not be able to continue using the additional business functions based on the permissions, but this will not affect your use of other services of this product.
8. Privacy Statements for Specific Services
8.1 Fingertip Pulse Diagnosis Function
Some health and fitness products support heart rate and pulse monitoring, which may require your camera permission. After you enable the camera permission, we will obtain the frequency of light changes around your finger through the camera and use the collected flash signal images to calculate your heart rate, pulse, and other health reference indicators and display them to you. Please rest assured, we only use the flash for heart rate and pulse monitoring to display test results and generate health suggestions for you and will not take photos or record videos.
8.2 Photo Recognition of Food Calorie Function
If you need to use this function, you need to authorize the camera permission to photograph food or authorize the photo permission to select locally taken food images, used to identify food attributes and match corresponding health recommendations. Please rest assured, we will not store any of your food images, and only record the recognition results and corresponding recommendations; such result data is not associated with any of your personally identifiable information and is only used for function display.
8.3 Tongue Diagnosis Function
If you need to use this function, you need to authorize the camera permission to photograph tongue images or authorize the photo permission to read locally captured tongue images, used to generate health status reference analysis. Please rest assured, we will not store any of your tongue photos.
8.4 Facial Diagnosis Function
If you need to use this function, you need to authorize the camera permission to capture facial images or authorize the photo permission to read locally captured facial photos, used to extract features such as complexion, cheeks, and eye areas to assist in generating health status reference information. Please rest assured, we will not store any of your facial photos, and only display the health reference results analyzed within your device; such results do not contain any facial image information that can identify an individual.
8.5 Problem Recording and Solution Provision Service
For the text content you input when recording problems, we will analyze your issues based on third-party generative artificial intelligence model technology and provide you with corresponding solution services.

When you use the services mentioned in 8.2 to 8.5 above, we may call upon the following third-party generative artificial intelligence models. The specific application scenarios are as follows:

8.7 App Lock and Restriction Function
To provide the app lock and usage restriction function, we will request access to the iOS system Screen Time permission to detect the application's running status and execute the restriction policies you set. We will not read the specific content within the application, nor will we use related information for other unrelated purposes. You can disable this permission at any time in the system settings; disabling it will only affect the use of this function and will not impact other product functions.
9. Analysis and Improvement
We may combine your personal information and other data, identify the acceptability of services, your usage patterns, etc., through data analysis to test and create new products, features, and services, enhance service levels, and assist in optimizing existing services and developing new services.
